Using the tabular processor MS Excel 2007 there was elaborated the recipe of the fermented milk dessert for child food. The recipe of this dessert consists of (mass. %, g): fermented milk curd – 54, jam – 23, honey – 8, sesame – 4, cream – 6, collagen hydrolyzate (gluten) – 5. This dessert is a source of vitamin C and covers near 40 % of a child daily need in it. At the expanse of introducing gluten in the dessert composition, protein content in the ready product increased that covers from 11,28 % to 22,56 % of a daily need. This dessert is also rich in calcium, so one portion of it covers 25 % of a child need.Based on theoretical qualimetry methods there was realized the complex estimation of the dessert quality. The hierarchic structure of ready product properties was presented, including organoleptic and physical-chemical parameters and also ones of the food and biological value at storage. The estimation of microbiological and organoleptic parameters at storage give a possibility to state, that the new fermented milk dessert will be competitive at the consumer market. The storage life of this product is 5 days at the temperature (4±2) °С

A tool for subjective and interactive visual data exploration

    Get PDF
We present SIDE, a tool for Subjective and Interactive Visual Data Exploration, which lets users explore high dimensional data via subjectively informative 2D data visualizations. Many existing visual analytics tools are either restricted to specific problems and domains or they aim to find visualizations that align with user’s belief about the data. In contrast, our generic tool computes data visualizations that are surprising given a user’s current understanding of the data. The user’s belief state is represented as a set of projection tiles. Hence, this user-awareness offers users an efficient way to interactively explore yet-unknown features of complex high dimensional datasets

The article is devoted to the study of mediation as an alternative way to resolve pores in business. The principles and the advantages of mediation as well as the technological intermediaries in practice for the resolution of entrepreneurship and conflicts are analyzed. The authors have developed a model of mediation and proposed legal means that allow in practice to use mediation in the resolution of pores in business.peer-reviewe

Comparative legal analysis of mediation in Russia and the EU

The purpose of this article is to identify the specifics of mediation procedures, review them as extrajudicial method of conflict resolution. As the methodological basis of the research we use the synergistic, phenomenological and dialectical analysis techniques to examine the main aspects of the mediation as well as identify its principal features. As a result of the study, the authors concluded that in Russia it is necessary to take into account the international experience of mediation, legislation to support the mediation process and in some cases give it forceful character, to develop cooperation with the courts and notaries with the mediators.peer-reviewe

Learning what matters - Sampling interesting patterns

    Get PDF
In the field of exploratory data mining, local structure in data can be described by patterns and discovered by mining algorithms. Although many solutions have been proposed to address the redundancy problems in pattern mining, most of them either provide succinct pattern sets or take the interests of the user into account-but not both. Consequently, the analyst has to invest substantial effort in identifying those patterns that are relevant to her specific interests and goals. To address this problem, we propose a novel approach that combines pattern sampling with interactive data mining. In particular, we introduce the LetSIP algorithm, which builds upon recent advances in 1) weighted sampling in SAT and 2) learning to rank in interactive pattern mining. Specifically, it exploits user feedback to directly learn the parameters of the sampling distribution that represents the user's interests. We compare the performance of the proposed algorithm to the state-of-the-art in interactive pattern mining by emulating the interests of a user. The resulting system allows efficient and interleaved learning and sampling, thus user-specific anytime data exploration. Finally, LetSIP demonstrates favourable trade-offs concerning both quality-diversity and exploitation-exploration when compared to existing methods.Comment: PAKDD 2017, extended versio

The theory of heterogeneous dielectric nanostructures with non-typical low-threshold nonlinearity

    Get PDF
AbstractThe recently discovered, ultralow-threshold, nonlinear refraction of low-intensity laser radiation in dielectric nanostructures has an atypical dependence on radiation intensity in the pulsed and continuous modes. In this study, we present a theoretical explanation. The theory suggests that the nonlinearity is photoinduced in nature, rather than thermal, and depends directly on the nanoparticle electronic structure and the relationship between permittivities of the dielectric matrix and the nanoparticles

Subject-Oriented Classification of Puns Used in Spanish-Speaking Advertisements

While analyzing wordplay in advertisements, researchers tend to focus on formal classifications. One of the few modern groupings that diverge from this formal approach is the typology made within the framework of Relevance Theory. This paper provides new classification based on the subject of punning. The comprehensive analysis of 609 slogans reveal three types of wordplay used in Spanish-speaking advertising discourse: merchandise (goods) wordplay, brand (trademark) wordplay and unlinked wordplay. Using merchandise puns, copywriters play with the names of products. Also, these types of puns exploit ambiguous words and the associations which already exist in the minds of the target audience, e.g. comida (food) – rico (rich / tasty). Thanks to the merchandise wordplay, recipients can deduce what is advertised without having the explicit product names in the slogans. Brand wordplay uses lexemes chosen for the trademark or associations produced by such lexeme, e.g. vine brand Bach is associated with music, and therefore, copywriters introduce music allusions in slogans. This method helps to memorize a brand-name and make it stand out. The last type of wordplay, unlinked puns, have no connections with brand-names or goods and is often present in a less creative way of playing on words. The main aim of the unlinked wordplay is to entertain the target audience. A quantitative analysis shows that merchandise wordplay occurs in the majority of cases and unlinked wordplay is the least popular type. Such distribution may be caused by different cognitive-pragmatic potential of wordplay types as hypothesized in current research
